Greetings, NOVA / DC ODU Alumni!
We know you've heard it: Old Dominion University is growing by leaps and bounds. In the last ten years alone, the university has seen many exciting changes. From the opening of the Ted Constant Center in 2002, to new residences on campus and the reintroduction of a little thing called football, Monarchs across the country watch in amazement as our alma mater has transformed over the last decade.

By serving the almost 10,000 alumni living in our geographical region, the NOVA / DC Chapter is proud to play a role in this transformation. For the past two years our executive board has collaborated with the Office of Alumni Relations in completing the process for official chartering. In March, upon approval of our by-laws, our resergence officially will be recognized by the Alumni Association. We will be one step closer to our mission to connect with one another and our alma mater.

We invite you to connect with us by attending an upcoming social event, networking with us in person or online or joining us in community service. To make sure you stay informed of chapter news, please register with the Alumni Association on the Lion's Den and indicate your interest in our chapter under the "Miscellaneous" portion of your online profile. We also encourage you to fan us on Facebook so that our executive board can communicate directly with you.

The NOVA/ DC Chapter connects you with the university despite your physical distance from campus. Join us in supporting ODU and be a part of our thriving and ever-growing Monarch family.
